Fire helmet from Austria. The black aluminum helmet was in Austria called "Wiener Modell". The helmet shape corresponds to the helmets of 1938. These helmets were worn until about 1965. The interior was worn in this style after 1945. The chin strap has a two-point attachment. At the front is the coat of arms of Upper Austria (Oberösterreich). Under this the name of the village Goldwörth. The surrounding oak leaves are marking the commander of the fire department. Goldwörth is located about 10km west of Linz.
