Fire helmet from Argentina. Manufacturer of the helmet is the company Phenix Technology, Inc from the USA. The helmet type is called Phenix Model P952, since 2013 First Due 1500. Further information on the helmet see helmet number 0527, Switzerland or 0214, USA. The helmet was produced in April 1989. This helmet was worn by an officer of the railway fire department in Buenos Aires. At the front there is a large metal badge of this fire department. The upper part of the badge can be found on other helmets. It shows the state emblem of Argentina. The lower part is a so-called "impeller". It is a symbol of the railway worldwide. With the privatization of the former state railway company in the period between 1992 and 1995, the fire brigades of the railway were dissolved. |
