0890 Fire helmet from New Zealand. Manufacturer of the helmet is the company Cairns & Brothers from the USA. The helmet type is 660. It was built in 1990. The valid standards to this time were the OSH-ANSI Z89.1-1969 and the NFPCA MIL-R-1987F. The adjustable head size is 6 ½ to 8 inches.

At the front is the metal badge with the inscription: Eltham - New Zealand Fire Service.
The New Zealand Fire Department is divided into 5 regions. The helmet comes from the fire department Eltham, region 3.16 on the North Island. The headquarters of Region 3 is located at 6140 WELLINGTON. Region 3 is covered by 105 fire brigades. Among them are 20 fire stations of the professional fire department (10 fire departments have an additional volunteer fire department) and 85 fire stations of the volunteer fire department.
