Fire helmet from the USA. Manufacturer of the helmet is the company NORTH. The helmet type is called A79. He was produced in 1972. His helmet shell is made of ABS. Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) is a plastic that is widely used because of its surface hardness, high impact resistance and good resistance to weathering, aging and chemicals. The company North was taken over by Honeywell. The helmet type A79 is still available today (2018). The helmet has a 6-point harness and a rubber strap chin strap. At the front there is the lettering "Nurse". Each side shows a red cross.
