| 0759 | Fire helmet from the Netherlands. Manufacturer is the German company Römer. The helmet type P-12 was basically made for police units. But the helmet was also used in fire brigades, than it was not equipped with the padded neck protector but with a long, thin protection of flame-retardant material. The helmet was used until 1990. From this time, Römer then launched the helmet type Galaxy (see helmet 0105, Germany) for fire brigades and stopped the production of the P-12. For the police, than the helmet EP16 was produced by the German company ehi-tec in Ehingen. At the back of the helmet is an orange lion painted, including the name of the town of Morshuis. | |||||
