Fire helmet from Dubai. The manufacturer of the yellow helmet is the company Morning Pride. The helmet model is: Lite-Force Plus. The helmet comes from the new product series that came on the market in 2002. It includes the LiteForce, LiteForce plus and Ben Franklin II helmets. Since then, the Ben Franklin II has been the standard helmet for the FDNY (see helmet 333,661, USA). The Helmserie should replace the "Lite-Fore III, IV, V" models from 1990 and the "72 plus" model from the 1980s. The new generation consists of a glass fiber composite, the LiteForce Plus from "Fyr Glass", a glass fiber component plastic. The helmet was produced on 11.09.2006. The head size is 6-9.5. The valid standardization is the NFPA 1971: 2000. Compared to helmet number 0668, USA (Lite Force from the Port Authority New York), this helmet is made of the higher quality plastic Fyr-Glass. The two helmets clearly show the difference in the helmet surface. The helmet made of Fyr glass is significantly rougher on the surface. The helmet was worn at the "Quick Intervention Civil Defense" in Dubai. |
