Fire helmet from Belgium. The white polycarbonate helmet has been built since 1975. For more information on the helmet, see Helmet 110, Belgium. The helmet should be older than helmet 110. It has a bracket on the front to attach a luminaire instead of the usual firebrigade batch. For this reason, a leather loop is attached to the rear of the helmet to secure the luminaire cable. The polycarbonate and aluminum mounting is labeled with "Super Glass Universallamp Bracket No L-1". The lamp mounting is also available in the American Navy. Helmet 469 (Belgium) is also equipped with an attachment for a helmet light. Only the Belgian city of Liège should have used helmet lights. See Helmet 110/469 |
