Brass helmet (˜1900)

Fire helmet from Austria. The brass helmet was manufactured by the company Konrad Rosenbauer from Linz, Austria. He was worn around 1900 in the provinces of Carinthia. To identify the officer, a shed chain was attached. There is a laurel wreath with the "to reaching hands," a Masonic symbol (see Helm 486) on the front. The helmet crest is soldered. |
