Brazil Synthetic helmet (˜1970)

0444 Fire helmet from Brazil. The black helmet was worn in the years between 1965 and 1980. Manufacturer is the Brazilian company "Trindade Nelson" is. The helmet made of fiberglass was built in the same kind like its predecessor, helmet no. 68, which was still made of leather. The successor helmet, helmet no. 43 has the same shape. Inside the helmet, the structure of fiberglass can be clearly seen, the outside was primed. The white color of the coat is worn on the edges to light. The helmet surface is smooth. The accessories are made of brass. At the front, a badge is mounted in brass which was introduced on these helmets for the first time.
