| 0408 | Fire Helmet from Spain. The black fiberglass helmet was used in Barcelona during the years around 1980. The manufacturer could be the company Duraleu Forte, the typ is: Ayunt-Barcelona. It is based very near on the helmets from the Italian company Mispa. (see Helme165/168/305). The helmet interior is only made of plastic, it's adjustable on the backside. The chin strap is made of fabric. It can be adjusted with a wire loop. The helmet is lined with a foam. Inside you can see the structure of fiberglass very clearly, outside the helmet is smooth. On the side is the number that each firefighter in Barcelona has. Here the number 348. In addition, short, white reflective tape are on the side. At the front, the badge of the fire department of Barcelona is located. It shows the emblem of the city with a crown and with an overhead bat. On the coat of arms the burning tower (see Helm 402), ax and bucket behind. | ||||||
