| 0232 | Fire helmet made of metal. The black lacquered helmet is from Czechia and was used there in the city of Melnik at the professional fire department. The helmet was in this form till 1950 in use. The helmet form is the classic form of the Soviet army helmets (see also helmets number 32 and 182). The inside helmet made of bright leather shows almost no use traces, the chinstrap is kept simple. With the drillings on the back side one could suspect that a neck guard was appropriate. This helmet altogether appears more newly than the number 32. | |||
