Fire helmet of the firebrigade Malta. On the helmet is still the old metal badge. The yellow cork helmet, the traditional British helmet shape. The company Helmets Limited is the manufacturer. The Malta Police Fire Brigade was founded in 1936 and was personally run by the Malta Police. In 1989, the Civil Protection was set up so that the Malta Police Fire Brigade was disbanded.
