| 0097 | German fire safety helmet as an Austrian fire helmet after the armed forces steel helmet M1934 with a sharp-egded approach of the neck guard, this one was dictated to with order of 4-26-1934 as a fire safety helmet. ( see helmet no. 5) A cockscomb wasn't available, the typical Austrian spider got appropriate later. Also the national coat of arms of Upper Austria was assembled afterwards. "Edt-Klaus" stands in addition on the national coat of arms. The oak leaves around the coat of arms honored the strap as commanding officers. Inside stands to read: "Vorhauer" and a not readable name. ( see also helmet no. 60 ) | ||||
